STRUCTURED PROCEDURES

Transaction Flow

Our structured operations minimize trade disputes, maximize financial efficiency, and assure on-time delivery under strict bank control.

Tripartite Shipping & Financial Flow

Refinery (Supplier) – Globork Group (Allocator & Agent) – End Buyer (Sovereign/Public Entity)

1. Supplier (Refinery)

Primary manufacturer with crude and refined allocations. Manages heavy logistics, allocates direct quotas, and issues 2% PB.

2. Globork Group

Lead agent and primary allocator. Organizes tripartite legal routing, audits document match, guarantees safe bank transits and compliance.

3. End Buyer

Sovereign entities, public distributors, or wholesale importers. Issues confirmed commercial LCs and receives clean cargo.

PHASE 01

Vetting & Inquiry (LOI)

The end buyer issues a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) or ICPO, alongside company credentials to pass initial compliance protocols.

PHASE 02

Contract & Allocation

Globork Group secures allocation rights from the refinery. A tripartite Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed by all parties.

PHASE 03

Trade Finance Operative

Buyer’s bank issues a documentary Irrevocable Letter of Credit (DLC or SBLC). The seller responds with a 2% Performance Bond (PB).

PHASE 04

Loading & Inspection (SGS)

Product is loaded onto vessels. Premier surveyors (SGS / Saybolt) inspect the cargo to issue final qualitative certs.

PHASE 05

Discharge & Settlement

Vessel completes transit to designated discharge port. Payments are settled via bank release upon final qualitative checks.
